Information, terms and conditions

•  Our website currently sells custom-made clothes for gentlemen only.

•  All products on sale on this website are priced in Euros (€).

•  We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard and JCB credit cards only. For payments, you will be directed to our bank's website (Siam Commercial Bank), where you will be keying in your credit card information.

•  Because our website sells made to order clothes we will require you to measure yourself. After you have checked out from the shopping cart, you will be directed to the measurements page. Here, clear instructions will be given on how to take body measurements. However you can also choose to order our products according to the fixed European sizes we have in offer (example: Medium, Large, XL, etc)

•  If you choose to order our products according to your measurements, we will require some photographs of you, showing certain body parts (front, back and shoulders). You can attach the photographs to the measurements page quite easily. Clear instructions are given on how to do this. We require photographs because it is the only way our tailors can look at and study your body proportions in detail. This will help to eliminate problems with clothes not fitting you well enough .

•  After you have placed an order with us your product will be shipped to you within 7 days. The price we charge you from the beginning already includes the shipment fees.

•  If there are problems with the finished products that you have ordered, either with the fitting or with the quality, our policy is that we will take the products back for alteration or make a new product. Please notify us first by email, explaining to us what the problem is. We will then ask you to send the products back to us by mail and we will alter it for you and send it back. We will be responsible for all mailing charges and alteration fees.

•  If you wish to order some products from this website, but do not want to pay using the online transaction facility provided, please email us at euro@phuket.ksc.co.th . In your email please state the code of the item that you wish to purchase the color code. Please also give us your measurements. We will contact you back and arrange an alternative method of payment. Please note that we cannot start producing any item unless the customer has fully paid for it.
